This California Privacy Notice is provided by BFAI (“BFAI,” “we,” or “us”) as a supplement to our general Privacy Policy. It describes how BFAI collects, uses, and discloses personal information from California residents and explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This notice does not apply to personal information collected from employees or job applicants.

4. Children 

BFAI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use our services. If you become aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact us. 

 

5. Shine the Light Law 

California residents may request certain information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. BFAI does not share personal information for third-party marketing.
