Returns & Refund Policy

Beauty For Ashes International. Returns & Refund Policy

BFAI reserves the right to update and revise this Returns/Refund Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services, and/or in response to our customers’ feedback. When changes are made, the “last updated” date at the top of this Policy will be revised. Please review this Policy frequently, as the current version will apply to all orders or service bookings with BFAI. 

 

1. Beauty Products 

We guarantee that our beauty products meet quality standards and will not be defective. 

 

Returns & Refunds: 

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact BFAI in writing via our online support system within six (6) business days of receiving your order. 

  • Once contacted, BFAI will have five (5) business days to determine if a refund is appropriate or to request additional information. Failure to provide requested information in a reasonable timeframe may void the refund. 

 

Approved Refunds: 

  • You must return the entire original product order within 15 calendar days of approval. 

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. 

  • Refunds cover the original order price only, excluding shipping and handling fees. 

 

Items Not Eligible for Refund: 

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling. 

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable. (Reshipping available at customer expense.) 

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 

  • Products opened or used in violation of hygiene or safety standards. 

  • Delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond BFAI’s control. 

 

2. Clothing & Accessories 

  • Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 

 

3. Services (Coaching, Speaking, Workshops) 

All services, including coaching sessions, speaking engagements, and workshops, are non-refundable once booked or delivered. 

  • If a session or engagement is canceled by BFAI, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. 

  • Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late rescheduling is subject to availability. 

  • No refunds will be provided for partial attendance, missed sessions, or no-shows. 

  • Prepaid coaching packages may be canceled with a prorated refund for unused sessions if canceled at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session. 

 

4. General Terms 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BFAI is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses that may result from the purchase or use of our beauty products, or from participation in our coaching sessions, workshops, or speaking engagements. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, profits, personal or professional opportunities, or any other intangible losses. 

Any guidance, advice, or recommendations provided by BFAI regarding products, coaching, or services is offered for informational purposes only and does not create any liability for BFAI if outcomes are different from expectations.
