BFAI ships orders nationwide within the U.S. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery experience:  

 

Order Processing 

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. 

• Processing times do not include shipping time. 

 

Shipping Times 

• Standard U.S. shipping: 5–10 business days after order processing. 

• International shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs; please allow additional time. 

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. 

 

Shipping Addresses 

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. 

• BFAI is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

• If a package is returned to BFAI due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. 

 

Tracking & Delivery 

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. 

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

 

Shipping Damages & Issues 

• Please inspect your package upon delivery. 

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact BFAI within 7 days to report the issue and request a resolution.
